Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver friendly, timely service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, schedules, coaching, and safety standards, while promoting a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and ensuring health inspections are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high volume food service concept
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing and access to private transportation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations and maintain quality standards
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and budgets
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility safety
