Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, high-quality service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team to maintain standards, manage schedules, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. Equal opportunity employer; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required legal documents.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
