Buffalo Wild Wings in Anderson, IN is seeking a Bench/Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, maintaining safety, and driving bottom-line profitability through revenue management. This role emphasizes team leadership, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality and cost controls.

The AGM will lead staffing, coach managers, implement incentives, handle guest feedback, and contribute to budgeting and performance improvement.

Qualifications

2+ years restaurant or retail management experience; bar management preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; satisfactory background check; ability to lift 50 pounds.
Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification completion.
Experience managing Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH departments for at least three periods each.

Responsibilities

Assist General Manager with staffing planning and hiring decisions.
Lead weekly manager meetings and coach other managers.
Develop and implement incentive programs with Department Managers.
Motivate Team Members to participate in promotions and incentives.
Provide performance feedback and timely appraisals to managers and staff.
Coaching on performance management and development of department managers.
Attract guests and maintain guest satisfaction programs and complaint handling.
Ensure quality operations, adherence to recipes and inventory control.
Understand and monitor restaurant performance metrics and contribute to action plans.
Assist with budgeting and annual restaurant planning.
