Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards

Responsibilities

• Identify 5-Star talent and schedule staffing to get the right people in the right places at the right time.
• Coach and develop the team, creating a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued.
• Support the General Manager in all people and operations areas for the Wendy's restaurant.
• Ensure fast, fresh food is prepared and delivered to customers correctly every day and night.
• Lead Shift Managers and Crew Members to improve each shift.
• Communicate directions clearly and drive store sales and profit goals.
