Job summary

Dunkin is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in West Haven, CT to support the Restaurant Manager and lead team operations. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards and franchisee policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will oversee training, scheduling, and performance coaching, and assist with product rollouts and cost control to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training programs and certify staff.
• Schedule, train and certify team and shift leads.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Support new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain guest-focused culture and brand standards.
• Assist in inventory, scheduling and cost control.
