Job summary

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• Basic writing skills.
• Ability to work 35-50 hrs per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist to train employees and communicate job expectations.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance; address concerns promptly.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture; ensure speed targets with proper deployment and urgency.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; ensure brand standards are executed.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans to drive improvements.
