Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders, bakers and other staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and coach staff to improve performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and brand standards.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance; maintain guest-focused culture.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans to improve service.
