Dunkin’ Hartford is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, lead shifts, and uphold brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, assist in scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, basic math and financial skills, and a proactive approach to coaching staff and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and assist Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs including scheduling, training, and certifying staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Communicate restaurant priorities and results to the team.
• Assist with new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling as applicable.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with laws.
• Support in labor scheduling and staff deployment.
• Assist in supplier and vendor orders as needed.
• Coach team to drive sales and profitability.
• Meet KPIs such as sales, labor, and cost of goods percentages.
