RL Jordan Oil, operating Subway in Inman, SC, seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will schedule staff, manage inventory, assist with orders, and participate in promotions. Candidates should have high school diploma and some supervisory restaurant experience; a valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in restaurant operations with supervisory duties preferred; strong communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and basic math for cash handling.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and inventory controls.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle staff evaluations.
• Plan events and promotions; assist with product orders and inventory.
• Complete University of SUBWAY courses as directed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance; may drive for off-site meetings.
