RL Jordan Oil operates a Subway location and seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires restaurant experience, supervisory skills, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Training through SUBWAY courses is required, and occasional off-site driving may be needed when the Manager is unavailable.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of employees.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises staff and daily restaurant operations.
• Ensures food safety, cleanliness, and inventory compliance.
• Coordinates scheduling and staff assignments.
• Manages budgets, orders, and special events.
• Completes required SUBWAY training courses.
• Drives on behalf of the manager when needed (license & insurance).
