Job summary

Subway in Charleston, AR is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations focusing on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning events and promotions in-restaurant.
• Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register; lift up to 30 pounds.
