Refuel Operating Company, LLC (Refuel) is seeking a Subway Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role supports scheduling, inventory control, staff supervision, and training while upholding Subway brand standards.

The Assistant Manager motivates the team to deliver a consistently positive guest experience and maintains safety and security across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred.
• On‑the‑job training is provided for all new team members.
• Ability to manage a small team and support leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure safety and standards.
• Perform shift manager duties including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee food preparation to ensure quality and freshness.
• Schedule and supervise a team of 4–12 employees.
• Coach staff and support training and development.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and paperwork.
• Plan events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security procedures.
• Complete Subway training and certifications.
