Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant General Manager in operating Michael Patrick's Restaurant, overseeing daily service, staff coordination and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, budget involvement, and collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years in food and beverage operations and managing personnel.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Delivers a service level that makes guests want to return with a positive, memorable experience.
• commits to going above and beyond in responsibilities to support organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm with a professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Display strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the successful operation of Michael Patrick’s Restaurant.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Accountable for directing the restaurant staff and assuring guests have a favorable experience when visiting the Food & Beverage areas.
• Review marketing activities and promotions with Restaurant General Manager.
• Assists with the development and managing of the budget for Michael Patrick’s Restaurant.
