Job summary

Apsilon Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations, drive efficient service and profitable results. You will plan costs with cooks, manage staff, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, coordinating with management on marketing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; reading and math skills to read manuals and prepare reports.
• ABC test: pass with 90%+; Responsible Service of Alcohol; state alcohol server license and food handler’s card required.
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and estimates food and beverage costs with cooks; provisions and purchases to minimize waste.
• Staffing responsibilities: interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Promotes teamwork, good morale among employees.
• Directs and participates in food preparation, packing or service as needed.
• Monitors quality of food and service; maintains records for accounting.
• Coordinates administrative staff for records, ordering, and delivery to customers.
