Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a hands-on restaurant operations leader to oversee daily functions, including staffing, service, and setup, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a premium hospitality environment.

You will lead and mentor associates, manage inventory and payroll, and uphold health and safety standards with ServSafe awareness. Prior supervisory experience in F&B is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a dynamic F&B environment.
• Excellent communication with guests, associates and management.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
