Wyndham Deerfield is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager and Director of Operations in overseeing F&B Outlets, including the restaurant and gelateria. You will help manage staff, elevate guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards aligned with the hotel’s brand and goals.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter who can lead Daily Line-ups, train and coach team members, and respond to guest feedback promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel front-of-house or F&B teams.
• Strong communication with all staff levels.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifts under pressure.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and discipline staff per standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest service excellence.
• Lead staff briefings and manage shift coverage in absence of Operations Manager.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement service improvements.
• Review financial performance and assist in budgeting as needed.
