Qualifications

• Supervise hotel F&B operations and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with managers and associates at all levels.
• Maintain warmth, courtesy, and service orientation.
• Hire, coach, discipline Rooms Division personnel according to standards.
• Ensure health, safety and policy compliance.
• Write and resolve glitches, communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with Opera/PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and gelateria operations to maintain brand standards.
• Support Director of Operations and Restaurant Manager in staff management.
• Lead daily line-ups and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Review financial performance and manage expenses as needed.
• Step in for Operations Manager during absences.
