Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Lead huddles and communicate priorities to restaurant teams.
• Coach and develop managers and crew to improve customer service.
