• ServSafe certification.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Cooperate with Restaurant Management to train crew and Team Trainers.
• Lead team huddles and manager meetings to communicate priorities.
• Supervise crew members and managers to maximize retention.
• Lead selling culture through customer service, OSAT, and sales initiatives.
• Analyze VOC and customer feedback to coach teams and drive improvements.
• Create and execute labor schedules to meet operating plans.
• Support local marketing and Daily Operations Plan execution.
