Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures per policy.
• Lead and conduct team huddles and manager meetings to drive service standards.
• Own labor scheduling and ensure proper coverage to hit service goals.
• Coach and develop crew and managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyze VOC feedback and implement corrective actions with GM/DM support.
