Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Hospitality or Supervisory Management.
• At least three years of management experience.
• Current NYC Food Handler Permit/ServSafe Manager certification required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, and training.
• Provide welcoming, responsive, and courteous service to customers.
• Ensure food and products meet recipes and standards.
• Plan staffing to meet sales and service goals while managing labor costs.
• Develop staff through training and performance reviews.
