Job summary

Wendy's in multiple Kentucky locations is seeking an Assistant Manager to support General Manager in running daily restaurant operations, leading shifts, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will help drive sales, manage staff and maintain food safety, quality, and guest service standards.

The role requires a college degree with restaurant experience and a hands-on approach to training, scheduling, and performance management. On-site work across listed Kentucky locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with Federal, State and local employment laws.
• Experience supervising and training restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures for Shift Supervisors and Crew Members.
• Works with management to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Manages controllable costs including food, labor and paper.
• Executes company policies for cash, property and inventory control; ensures safe working conditions.
• Oversees crew and shift supervisors to achieve Service Excellence and customer courtesy.
