Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outlets in our Las Vegas properties, ensuring prompt, courteous service and adherence to brand standards. You will lead, coach and develop the outlet teams while safeguarding guest safety and compliance with all health, safety and alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must obtain/maintain licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlets and staff.
Monitor compliance with policies and health and safety regulations; manage budgets and labor.
Ensure outlets meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Handle interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating and disciplining staff.
Provide prompt, courteous guest service and resolve complaints.
Assist Director with budget goals and monitor financial performance.
Represent the F&B department in internal and external employee matters.
