Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and lead a busy team. You will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain staffing levels, and manage day-to-day cash controls and financial reporting.

The role requires developing the annual operating budget, controlling labor and food costs, and guiding staff through hiring, training, and performance management. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years as salaried manager in full service casual dining.
• Experience with alcohol service desirable.
• Proven track record of maintaining high restaurant standards and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Staffing and scheduling to meet guest needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations with focus on profitability and loss control.
• Develop annual operating budget and control costs across cost centers.
• Uphold policies and comply with laws and company procedures.
• Direct interviewing, hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline.
• Handle financial reporting, invoices, and payroll administration.
• Supervise shifts, decision-making, planning, and adherence to standards.
• Promote suggestive selling and maintain a hospitable atmosphere.
