You will lead talent, schedule effectively, manage labor and costs, train crew, and ensure adherence to policies while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L with the GM/DM.
• Build sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures execution to control costs.
• Track waste levels and communicate issues in sales and profit related to shift management.
• Assist GM/DM in executing restaurant sales and profits plan.
• Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft.
• Train crew on new products and customer service, and develop new managers.
• Ensure standards and procedures are followed during shifts and manage inventory levels.
• Direct administration duties, including crew scheduling and adherence to benefits where applicable.
