• Manage labor costs by staffing to match projected sales and monitor schedules.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and quality to protect profitability and standards.
• Train and develop crew; support management in onboarding and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead daily operations to deliver fast, friendly service and high customer satisfaction.
