Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations at our Kenedy, TX location. You’ll deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensure food is prepared to the brand’s standards, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and inviting.

You’ll also manage inventory, cash control, and local marketing efforts to help drive sales. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) and at least two years in a restaurant setting with supervisory experience.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising/training experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an excellent guest experience and uphold food safety standards.
• Recruit, train and supervise restaurant staff.
• Maintain records, analyze performance and drive sales.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with health codes.
