Job summary

High Volume Bar and Grill in Illinois is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a safe, compliant environment. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and uphold service standards across both front and back of house.

The role requires payroll management, P&L experience, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting. POS and Excel proficiency are preferred, with bartending experience a plus.
