Job summary

Players Sports Bar and Grill is seeking a salaried restaurant manager to oversee all aspects of operations in a full-service setting. You will lead staff, ensure top-tier guest service, and manage scheduling and daily decisions while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

The role involves budgeting with the area supervisor, controlling costs, and driving sales with a focus on profitability. Experience in alcohol service and P&L familiarity are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as salaried manager in full service, casual dining preferred but not required.
• Experience with full service alcohol serving facility desirable.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.
• Control day-to-day operations including profit & loss, cash control and security procedures.
• Develop the annual operating budget with area supervisor and monitor all P&L centers.
• Operate in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage staff; plan and direct work; appraise performance.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decision-making while upholding standards and cleanliness.
• Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour.
• Enforce safe work behaviors and monitor daily quality and cleanliness.
