Job summary

The Manager oversees the planning, organization, and training initiatives necessary to meet our key objectives, including sales growth, cost management, employee retention, guest experience, food quality, and sanitation standards.

The manager works closely with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager in leading all aspects of restaurant operations while providing exceptional hospitality and cultivating relationships with our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Working knowledge of restaurant management and operations.
• Excellent communication and a passion for guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage guest service operations.
• Promote restaurant programs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest hospitality standards.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
• Collaborate with leadership to equip team members with knowledge and tools.
• Prepare daily pre-shift meetings and develop floor plans.
• Coach and develop staff in hospitality and service.
• Cultivate an environment that retains employees.
• Absorb hourly roles when needed for guest experience.
• Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Lead assigned Area of Responsibility.
• Participate in Weekly Manager Meetings.
