Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, with supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure high food quality and cleanliness.
• Recruit staff and reward outstanding team members; manage performance.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security, and ensure compliance with health codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze data to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales and growth.
