Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to directly supervise the operations of a restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality and compliance with standards. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain efficiency and service excellence.

You will monitor food safety, sanitation, cost controls and staffing, while actively marketing the restaurant in the local community to grow guest traffic and loyalty.
