Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise daily operations at a Altoona location. The role ensures guest satisfaction, maintains food safety and sanitation, and leads a team of 3–10 staff per shift.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and enforcing company policies while managing costs and cash handling. The manager will drive productivity, monitor service quality, and actively market the restaurant within the community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate restaurant personnel; schedule and monitor attendance.
• Forecast labor needs and schedule to meet customer demand and productivity standards.
• Forecast and analyze sales trends; manage inventory and cash handling.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and quality standards; ensure proper portioning and cleanliness.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly paperwork and reports and communicate results to ownership.
