Lucky Strike Entertainment in Wantagh, NY is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across all shifts, and to flex into any role the floor needs.

You will recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams, own labor and cost control, drive revenue through sales-focused service and guest engagement, resolve guest issues in real time, and sustain hospitality standards with accountability across FOH and BOH.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant/hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards.
• Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, uphold accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
