Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across all shifts. You will flex across roles as needed and build a hospitality-focused team that consistently delivers memorable guest experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume venues, with a proven ability to drive sales and manage labor and costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory, and daily targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready during all high-volume shifts.
