Lucky Strike Entertainment in Wantagh, NY is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts, ensuring top-tier hospitality and seamless service. You will recruit, train, and schedule teams, manage labor and cost controls, and drive guest satisfaction with a floor-first leadership style.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement and events.
• Recruit, train, coach and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy and daily targets.
• Resolve guest issues in real time and maintain accountability.
• Ensure the center is ready to operate and guest-ready on high-volume shifts.
