Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Melville, NY is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts, and to flex into roles as needed to maintain service flow.

You will recruit, train, and coach teams, drive F&B sales and guest engagement, own labor and cost control, and ensure consistently exceptional hospitality on every shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume F&B operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Floor-first management with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid financial acumen: labor, food cost, inventory and P&L.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards every shift.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that consistently meet company standards and genuinely serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolving guest issues in real time, and reinforcing a culture of accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift.
