You will deliver top-tier service, handle customer complaints, manage shifts, and supervise staff performance while ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.

The role requires proven managerial experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and solid F&B knowledge.

Qualificações

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Proven customer service experience as a manager.
• Extensive F&B knowledge with ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and PeachWorks.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Acute financial management skills.
• BSc in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed.
• Manage the restaurant's image and suggest improvements.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on revenues and expenses (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Promote the brand in the local community through events and discounts.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future operations.
