Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant GM or Hospitality Manager.
• Proven customer service experience as a manager.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and ability to recall ingredients and dishes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and accurately.
• Review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods and cleaning products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage the restaurant's image and suggest improvements.
• Control costs and identify waste reduction opportunities.
• Create reports on revenues and expenses (weekly/monthly/annual).
• Promote the brand locally through events and word-of-mouth.
• Suggest ways to reach a broader audience (discounts and social media).
• Train staff on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols for future operations.
