Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an AGM to lead department-level restaurant operations, grounded in core values and operating principles. This role reports to the General Manager and will drive excellence in guest experiences, staff development, and sustainable financial performance.

The AGM will coach teams, ensure food safety and service standards, and partner with leadership to optimize guest satisfaction and business growth across shifts and venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business or related field) preferred.
• 1+ years management or supervisor experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Proficiently communicating in English (verbal and written) required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead department-level restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company values and principles.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and teamwork.
• Meet and communicate financial goals, budgets and performance metrics with the team.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management and compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with local sales and marketing efforts to drive growth and guest satisfaction.
