Lucky Strike Entertainment in Fresno, CA is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift.

You will recruit, train, and schedule teams, own labor and cost control, and ensure guest hospitality at every touchpoint, while staying floor-focused during high-volume periods. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Drive food and beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.
• Strong labor, food cost, inventory and P&L understanding.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, promote accountability.
• Ensure the center is ready for high-volume shifts and guest readiness.
