Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Willingness to work a 50-55 hour work week with weekends, holidays and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guests: ensure guests are treated with priority and address complaints promptly.
• Lead and develop hourly team members to maintain a high-performing team.
• Direct shift operations to meet standards and optimize guest experience.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and schedules to support smooth operations.
• Oversee sanitation, food handling, and storage to meet brand standards and health inspections.
• Interpret financial and operating reports to identify gaps and improve performance.
• Support budgeting, local store marketing, and suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Ensure safety, security, and asset protection procedures are followed.
• Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
