Job summary

Denny's in Florida is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 15–20 crew members across day and night shifts. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards on every shift.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist in recruiting, training, and developing hourly staff, monitor costs and profitability, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 15–20 restaurant crew members.
• Willing to work day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong understanding of guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, operating plans, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned shifts and ensure brand standards.
• Assist GM in staff selection, onboarding and retention.
• Coach hourly employees on policies and guest service.
• Monitor operations to meet guest service and cleanliness standards.
