Qualifications

• Willingness to work a 50-55 hour work week including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15–20 crew members and ensure proper shift execution.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and uphold service and quality standards.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain hourly staff.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and floor coverage.
• Support budgeted profitability and cost control.
• Drive sales and local store marketing under guidance of GM.
• Ensure sanitation standards and timely health inspections.
• Collaborate with management to resolve guest and employee issues.
