Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Operations Manager in Noblesville, IN to support the Restaurant Leader in executing operational excellence and upholding Cane’s standards and culture. You’ll open/close, oversee cash handling, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires previous restaurant/retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to travel for work-related functions.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Leader in operational excellence and culture.
• Act as manager on duty, open/close the restaurant, manage cash.
• Enforce policies, conduct shift meetings, document results, and take corrective action.
• Deploy crewmembers, provide customer service, and recognize high performers.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order.
