ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny's BBQ franchisee, is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations and deliver a memorable guest experience in Baton Rouge.

You will recruit, train and supervise hourly team members, ensure safety and consistency, and drive performance with clear benchmarks. Expect 45–50 hour weeks, with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members.
• Schedule and evaluate staff to meet performance benchmarks.
• Ensure safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere in-store.
• Communicate plans and actions to General Manager and team.
