The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, involving standing, coordinating team members, and problem-solving in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center and floor management, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property and equipment maintenance. They are committed to guest satisfaction and developing the team’s hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1
• Deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and resolve guest complaints

• NEVER STOP IMPROVING
• Hone operational execution; schedule staffing to meet needs and enhance the guest experience

• TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY
• Execute marketing strategies to drive sales through leagues and open play bowling

• PARTNER WITH LEAGUES
• Maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform administrative duties

• ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff

• SHOW OFF MANAGEMENT SKILLS
• Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity

• DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES
• Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and provide ongoing training

• REMAIN FLEXIBLE
• Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed

WHO YOU ARE

You’re ready to step in for the General Manager when needed. You have strong guest service and interpersonal skills, are flexible with work hours, and are a dedicated team player focused on developing your team. Your goal is to advance to a General Manager position.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ Years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to supervise staff
• Strong team player and people developer
• Customer service expertise
• Knowledge of POS systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Walking, bending, standing for periods, and lifting objects with assistance in a typical entertainment environment
