Role Description

This is a volunteer, remote role for a Client Operations Manager. The Client Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication across teams. In this role, you will manage client needs, coordinate project flow, and support team members to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience/interest in operations management
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
• Solid understanding of tech-based solutions that help businesses grow
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
• Experience leading or coordinating volunteer teams is a plus
