Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, multi-brand venue. You will direct staff, monitor guest service, and drive strategic initiatives that improve business results.

You will recruit, train, and coach teams while upholding our high standards for a memorable guest experience, especially on weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age (implicit eligibility).
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to manage COGS and labor costs.
