Dave & Buster’s / Main Event Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead daily operations and elevate the guest experience across a fast-paced entertainment venue.

You will develop hourly team members, recruit and coach staff, and drive initiatives that improve guest satisfaction while controlling costs. The role requires weekend/evening availability and strong leadership in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Able to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
